External Certified Auditors

The Company is audited by independent Certified Auditors.

The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on 22/04/2026 elected as the Company’s external chief Auditor Mrs. Andriani Kartou, as regular certified auditor with Reg. number 51411, and Mr. Tanos Dimitrios, as deputy auditor, with reg number 42241, both of “ΚPMG Certified Auditors S.A.”, to conduct the company’s auditing for the 2026 fiscal year. AGM approved their annual remuneration.
