External Certified Auditors

The Company is audited by independent Certified Auditors.

The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on 30/04/2024 elected as the Company’s external chief Auditor Mr. Vasileios Kaminaris, as regular certified auditor with Reg. number 20411, and Mrs. Andriani Kartou, as deputy auditor, with reg number 51411, both of “ΚPMG Certified Auditors S.A.”, to conduct the company’s auditing for the 2024 fiscal year. AGM approved their annual remuneration.
