I acknowledge, accept and declare unreservedly that:

(a) In my participation in the Aegean Airlines "Aircraft Engineering Training Scholarship Program" for Aircraft Engineering training, Aegean Airlines as the Data Controller, collects, processes and retains the information and data, including specific categories of data  concerning me and are included in this Application, the documents submitted, as well as any other documents and information that I, either submit periodically or produced by Aegean Airlines and are related to me (including the Engineer Skills Test) for program purposes, the evaluation of my application, my course of study, the creation of statistical tables and any other related use, in accordance with the legitimate interest of Aegean Airlines. The recipients of the data may be Aegean Airlines management, its responsible departments, its employees and / or special advisers and any regulatory / supervisory authorities. In any case, my application for participation in the program is an irrefutable presumption of knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the present terms and the provision of my explicit and unconditional consent and consent to Aegean Airlines in order to process my personal data in accordance with applicable law and any decisions, instructions and implementing legal provisions and the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, for the above purposes. By providing my personal information I unreservedly consent to it being used, to support the program and to communicate with me in any way in the future.

(b) Aegean Airlines as Data Controller, is responsible for ensuring the compliance of itself and its associates with the protection of such Personal Data required by Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
