AEGEAN would like to inform all passengers who already hold a ticket, issued until 23 February 2020, for all network destinations, with travel dates from today until 20 March 2020 and wish to change it to a later date (with new travel date from 21 March 2020 until 20 October 2020), due to Coronavirus outbreak, may do so without any rebooking fees. 

Please note that, the passengers who have booked their tickets directly via AEGEAN, the rebooking fee waive may be applied only via our Call Center (+30 210 626 1000 - 24/7) as our online service cannot support such service. 

The passengers who booked their tickets via Travel Agency, kindly refer to your respective point of sales. 

Also, be advised that our company will continue its regular flight schedule to all destinations, including Italy, until further notice.

Definitely, we will continue to cooperate with the relevant authorities for any further steps that may be required.
