In AEGEAN we respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data. We would like to inform you that we have updated our Privacy Notice. Key updates include changes on the way we may communicate with you for marketing purposes.

Specifically, the following communication practices now apply:

  • AEGEAN Group customers (i.e. Miles+Bonus members, ticket buyers or travel packages buyers, etc.), that have not previously unsubscribed, will be contacted by AEGEAN Group for marketing purposes with generic and personalized recommendations about AEGEAN Group products and services through the following channels: email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, push notification via Aegean App, phone call, social media campaign.
  • Prospect AEGEAN Group Customers who have consented to our marketing communications (i.e. via newsletter subscription, etc.) will be contacted by AEGEAN Group for marketing purposes with generic and personalized recommendations about AEGEAN Group products and services through the following channels: email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, push notification via Aegean App, phone call, social media campaign.


Customers can withdraw their consent at any time by using the respective Unsubscribe footer link provided inside the said communications or by contacting our DPO. There are no changes with respect to strictly necessary (i.e., non-marketing) communications, such as for proof of transactions, travel updates, etc. We encourage you to review the updates and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our DPO, at dpo@aegeanair.com or privacy@aegeanair.com.
