March 2017 - Tribute to Peloponnese

This month, we are bringing Greece even closer by offering a taste of tradition on our flights along with a look at the beauty found in every corner of the country. For the month of March, our attention turns to the south as we travel to the magnificent Peloponnese. 

Corinthia, Achaia, Eleia, Argolida, Arkadia, Messinia and Laconia have their lush-green cities, countless villages and endless beaches, along with historical monuments, just waiting to welcome the most demanding visitors. 
 
Pylos, Voidokilia, Tenaro, Limeni, Nafplio, Corinth, Ancient Olympia, Epidaurus, Patra and many other beautiful spots in the Peloponnese are milestones in one of the most beautiful regions of Greece, and this month, you will have a chance to explore it through our flights, regardless of your destination.

The journey begins in our lounges in Athens, Thessaloniki and Larnaka, which will be filled with the flavours and scents of the Peloponnese. Sfela cheese, lalagia donuts, mini-sandwiches with talagani cheese and vegetables or sfela will introduce you to the gastronomy of the Peloponnese.
 
Passengers travelling with us in March in Economy Class will be able to sample Koulos almond lokoums and Navarino Icons sesame seed honey bars. Business Class passengers will be offered two more selections: Cockerel ragout flavoured with white wine from Foloi and traditional pasta with sfela and talagani regional cheeses, or cod fish fillet (Tsiladia) with ragout of fresh greens and herbs flavoured with Mantinia white wine and black raisins. The featured wine this month is Le Vigneron Grec 2016, Papargyriou Estate.
