Corporate Governance Code

The Company has decided to adopt  the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code (hereinafter “the Code”) of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council, with the deviations explicitly mentioned in the Statement of Corporate Governance, as reflected each year in the Annual Financial Report of the Company.

This Code can be found in the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council site and here.

The Company may amend from time to time the Code and the Principals of Corporate Governance that is applying.
