Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Scholarship Program

AEGEAN is excited to announce the launch of a new cycle of the already established Scholarship Program in collaboration with the Olympic Air Maintenance Training Organization, aimed at training 20 aspiring Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.


The programme will run for two years, with the first phase of applications open from 2 June to 4 July 2025, and studies starting in October 2025.
Successful applicants will receive a 50% funded scholarship.

The programme is open to candidates with European citizenship or permanent EU residents, high school graduates (or hold an equivalent qualification from their country of origin) with a minimum English proficiency level of B2. Candidates who have graduated from English-speaking universities or are native English speakers are exempt from providing proof of language qualifications. The selection process consists of a written examination and an oral assessment. Interested candidates are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions before applying.

The training programme consists of 2400  hours over 24 months. It covers both theoretical and practical aspects of aircraft maintenance, including workshops and synthetic training devices, in compliance with European legislation. Upon completion of the training and the required maintenance experience, students will be eligible for the issuance of a Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License in Category B1.1 by the HCAA, under EASA regulations.
Additionally, the top three scholars will be rewarded with a 100%, 75%, and 50% refund of their tuition fees, respectively, based on academic performance.

Upon successful completion of the programme, each candidate will have the opportunity to continue their professional career within the AEGEAN Group, paving the way for a promising future in the aviation industry.
