After selecting one of the destinations mentioned above in the AEGEAN booking widget, you will be redirected to the AEGEAN Beyond search widget by Dohop.
All available flight combinations will be displayed for your trip. Your trip will include several separate flights.

For each flight, you will be able to select the fare and the time travel. You proceed with the payment and then you receive a confirmation email with the summary of all flights - sent by Dohop - and confirmation emails from the airlines (as for now, you will not receive a separate confirmation email from AEGEAN).

Before your flight, you need to check in separately for each flight. 

No. A child is not permitted to travel alone with AEGEAN Beyond.

As for now, you will not be able to receive award and tier Miles+Bonus miles by Dohop booking.

You book each flight with the fare you want separately. If the selected fare of one of the flights, includes a checked bag or cabin bag, you need to make sure that the fare of the next flight includes the bags you want. If not, you are still eligible to add the desired bags.

No. Your trip combines several separate flights.

Separate flights mean that when you land at the connecting airport you need to collect any checked bags, exit customs and then check in again for your next flight.

Yes, you can. In order to do this, please visit the websites of the respective airlines and use the Manage my Booking service for adding a bag or any other service.

Yes. You can do this online by logging in to the "Manage booking" service on the official website of the airlines in your booking.

Please note that in order to make sure that your connection service remains valid the minimum connection time between your flights needs to be at least 2 hours.

If you make changes to your flights, you need to send an email to service@dohop.com with the details of your changes. This will allow Dohop to assist you in case of any irregularity.

You can cancel your flight reservation(s) either by contacting the airlines directly or by sending a request to Dohop. Cancellation fees or non-refundability might occur, depending on each airline’s fare policy. You are advised to contact Dohop Customer Service directly.

The Dohop fee is always refundable up to 14 days after purchase or in case customer cancels both tickets the fee is refundable.

If you have missed a connecting flight due to a delay or cancellation, please contact Dohop Customer Support immediately for alternative travel options.

In case your flights are rescheduled, you will receive email updates. If the changes negatively affect your other flight, Dohop customer service representatives will help you find and book a new flight to your final destination. You need to have your Dohop booking reference on hand.

To process your request as quickly as possible, you need to contact Dohop and tell Dohop how you would like your booking restored.

In case you do not accept the recommended change by the airline, you may ask Dohop for a refund. Dohop is responsible to refund the flight. Dohop will then assist with restoring the journey with alternative airline.

In case you do not wish to travel any of the flights, you need to request a refund from Dohop.

In order to make changes or corrections to passenger names, you need to contact the respective airlines directly. Once you've made these changes, please forward your updated confirmation emails to service@dohop.com or contact Customer Service by phone.

No, you pay once for all flights of your trip.

Only Visa and Mastercard is eligible for payment.

In case of partially successful booking, Dohop will contact you and assist you in completing the booking or in case you do not wish to complete the booking,

Dohop will assist you in canceling the successful booking.
